[Bug]: Can't start new thread on mobile (over the new remote connection) #1924

The pencil icon is not visible on my phone (iphone 14 pro max)

The pencil icon for new threads is visible

Would be great to fix this! I added T3 Chat to my homescreen, and since there’s no hover on mobile, I can’t create new threads. Using existing ones works fine though.
Maybe consider disabling the zoom-on-focus behavior on mobile, that might help improve the experience.

Fixed by #2419 (shipped in v0.0.22): the sidebar's new-thread button is now always visible and interactive on mobile viewports instead of being hover-revealed (which made it unreachable on touch). If you still can't start a thread on mobile on a current release, comment and we'll reopen.
