[bug] Unable to load diffs in diff panel #217
Description
Error: Checkpoint unavailable for thread <thread_id> turn 2: Checkpoint ref is unavailable for turn 2. at Array.<anonymous> (file:///tmp/bunx-1000-t3@alpha/node_modules/t3/dist/index.mjs:3174:41) at Effect.fn (file:///tmp/bunx-1000-t3@alpha/node_modules/t3/dist/index.mjs:16327:9) at Effect.fn (definition) (file:///tmp/bunx-1000-t3@alpha/node_modules/t3/dist/index.mjs:15842:29)
This might have something to do with the missing step 2 tab.
Steps to reproduce
- Enable plan mode
- Ask llm to implement something
- Click "implement" button
- Open diff tab
Environment
Both npx and bunx.
Both firefox (zen) and chromium (helium).
Linux Kubuntu 25.10

Same happened to me.
i can full view Turn 2, in fact it took only a moment to load it
BUT turn 1 shows me a similar red wall of text after a long wait.
