Server SDK #377

It would be great to enhance the server/client mode as requested here: #227

I would like to suggest a further improvement on that.
Please go server first (similar to what open code does). That way you could create an SDK that could be used to further extend the t3 ecosystem.

Use-Cases are mainly integration into other systems (like a telegram chatbot for example) and custom UIs (mobile app, etc)
