[Bug]: Cloudflare Turnstile challenge loops indefinitely in the built-in browser preview #5002

Steps to reproduce

1. Run T3 Code Desktop.
2. Open the built-in browser preview.
3. Navigate to:
   https://dash.cloudflare.com/login
4. Wait for the Cloudflare login page and Turnstile challenge to load.

Expected behavior

The Cloudflare login page should remain stable and allow the Turnstile challenge and login flow to complete.

Actual behavior

The Cloudflare Turnstile challenge continuously restarts inside the built-in browser.
The challenge iframe is recreated approximately every 3.3–3.5 seconds, so the login flow can never complete.

No top-level HTTP redirect loop was observed in the captured portion. The loop appears to be the Turnstile iframe/challenge being recreated.
