Edit: I edited the file with VIM just before recording and wrote "context" instead of "content" and not even that got cought. Time it takes for it to update seems random.

Expected behavior
Files should show their current content and not an outdated version and it should update almost real-time.
Actual behavior
Files do not show change after they have been modified, they show an outdated version and only update after a while.
