[Bug]: Pull request screens are missing pointer cursors on clickable elements #7606

Description

Before submitting

  • I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Area

apps/desktop

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Pull Requests screen.
  2. Hover over a pull request entry that opens the PR details.
  3. Open a pull request and hover over the Summary, Timeline, and Code tabs.
  4. Hover over other clickable controls within the pull request screens.

Expected behavior

Clickable elements should use a pointer cursor, consistent with interactive elements across the rest of the app.

Actual behavior

Several clickable elements on the pull request screens keep the default cursor. This includes pull request entries, the Summary, Timeline, and Code tabs, and other controls in the same flow.

The elements still work when clicked, but the cursor does not indicate that they are interactive.

Impact

I went through my pr screen. I'm on Mac for reference. It changes to pointer for me on most interactive elements and then the ones it doesn't the buttons themselves change to indicate their clickable. I don't see anything wrong on my end what platform are you on?

I had to redact some information since it's a private project, but here are the elements where I noticed the issue. I'm on the latest Nightly build (0.0.34-nightly.20260819.1133), running macOS Tahoe 26+.

they do indicate it just in a different way. I'm down to get it to be a pointer but I see that the icons do change when you go over them and the sidebar.

The tabs (Summary, Timeline, Code) have a different style because of the last Nightly change, and now they have a cursor-pointer. All the other mentioned components have a hover state applied, but not cursor-pointer 🫤
