fix(desktop): keep generated annotation styles in sync

Desktop builds regenerate annotation styles and remove a stale .static utility, leaving a dirty working tree that blocks a subsequent local Nightly build.

Regenerate the checked-in stylesheet with the existing generator. The only CSS change is removal of the unused .static rule. No generator or runtime behavior changes.

• Reproduced tracked output drift with Tailwind CSS 4.3.3 on Linux.
• Confirmed the generated CSS differs only by the stale rule.
• Ran the generator again and verified byte-identical output.
• git diff --check passes. No full desktop build or macOS run performed.
