Long generated pull request descriptions and near-floor request overhead could make Postil reject otherwise reviewable changes before contacting a model. This bounds rendered description context, reserves every correction and retry request shape, stabilizes source and synthesis planning at the admitted semantic floor, and preserves interior planner identities; a 128,000-character Dependabot description reaches review without exposing its truncated tail. The Rust unit, end-to-end, installer, strict Clippy, feature-enabled release, full benchmark, and exact hosted review gates pass.
