Postil now adjudicates every generated and carried finding against candidate-bound direct evidence and an immutable repository receipt before publication, so repository-wide claims, duplicate closure, and baseline resolution share one fail-closed ledger. Hosted admission, large-review receipts, release artifact reuse after funded benchmarking, and regression coverage now enforce the same bounded contract.
