Why
Per GOVERNANCE.md "Repository Details", once a repo declares the registry description field, it becomes the source for the README tagline and the About panel, and repo-config/configure.sh apply writes it. Vantage-Config does not declare it yet, so configure.sh check reports description: no matching registry entry or no declared description key for Vantage-Config ... Verify manually.
The value is the current README tagline (59 characters, one sentence, link-free). The About panel was set to the same text by hand during the 2026-09-27 resync, so declaring it changes no live state.
