Problem
.agents/skills/python-codestyle/SKILL.md, the "Two profiles" lint-only bullet, gives the Scripts shape as no [project], no lockfile, and no requirements*.txt. The hub's .github/actions/python-directories/python_directories.py also requires no [build-system] before it classifies a directory as lint-only. A directory with a [build-system] table and none of the other three matches the skill's lint-only shape, while the validator classifies it as unsupported, and a declared one fails CI for having no uv.lock or requirements*.txt.
references/profiles.md, the Scripts bullet, already states the [build-system] condition, so the two surfaces of the same skill disagree.
