Looks good, assuming the body text changes are "insubstantial" or meet:

  • Any substantial changes since the accepted version approved by the SC/PEP delegate

I referenced the original PR to see BASECFLAGS changes and the PPC/ARM/S390x changes are also correct from my memory of the discussion on that PR.
