TUI: make mixed conversations readable at a glance #159
Make a real mixed-turn terminal conversation readable at a glance. Render user prompts, assistant responses, tool activity, system notices, and failures with a consistent hierarchy and compact rhythm while preserving chronological order and the existing fixed composer. Avoid large empty cards, ornamental dashboards, and repeated metadata.
Acceptance criteria
User, assistant, tool, system, and error events remain distinguishable without depending on color alone.
Consecutive events use consistent spacing, labels, wrapping, and timestamps or metadata only where they add value.
Long content has a compact preview and an explicit keyboard-accessible way to inspect the remainder.
The active turn and composer remain visible and stable during a realistic multi-turn session.
Focused tests cover mixed event ordering, wrapping, and long-content disclosure.
A real 120x36 tmux scenario bound to the exact PR head publishes the transcript, ANSI capture, readable image, timeline, and PASS report.
