docs(dragon/q8b): rename system image version tip from R2 to T2#1858

Q8B-only wrapper change. Update the NPU preinstalled-runtime tip from "R2 or higher" to "T2 or higher" in both the Chinese source and the English translation. The Q6A wrapper (which also uses R2) and the shared common/ai/qualcomm/_fastrpc_setup.mdx are intentionally untouched per the scoped instruction.
