React-native not installing under C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules

I know my be this is not the right place to post my issue but i have done every possible solution with no luck , i need to install react-native , i followed the instruction , the files downloaded but it is not added under mentioned path above , the files downloaded and added under node_module under my user , i am not able to init any project from my E:\ drive or any other drive " react-native not recognized as internal or external command" , i tried to install using cmd as admin , the node_module added under System32 folder , this installation driven me crazy , please do not tell me to install it globally because as long as i understand globally means under "cmd as an admin" ,please help . i need to start developing using react-native .
