React native ScrollView sometime freezing

Hello friends,
I have problems with react native scrollview. After screen loaded , try to scrolling up and down but sometimes it did not scrolling, need to touch more than 2. Interesting side, there is no performance problem and it doesn't contract.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Remove react navigation tab bar and still have same problem

It looks like you are using an older version of React Native. Please update to the latest release, v0.61 and verify if the issue still exists.
