[BUG]: Community section social links broken and Twitter logo outdated

Description

The Community section at the bottom of the Reframe landing page has
three social icon buttons (GitHub, Twitter, Instagram) with two bugs:

Bug 1 — Broken social links

• Twitter button → redirects to Twitter home feed, not Reframe's account
• Instagram button → redirects to Instagram home page, not Reframe's account
• Only GitHub appears to work correctly

Bug 2 — Outdated Twitter logo

• The Twitter bird icon is still being used
• Should be replaced with the X (𝕏) logo to reflect the 2023 rebrand

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://reframe-lilac.vercel.app
2. Scroll to the Community section at the bottom
3. Click the Twitter/X icon → lands on home feed
4. Click the Instagram icon → lands on home page

Expected Behavior

• Twitter/X → should link to Reframe's X/Twitter account
• Instagram → should link to Reframe's Instagram account
• Twitter bird icon → replaced with X (𝕏) logo

Architecture notes

Reframe is a static Next.js app with output: "export". Key points:

• All video processing uses FFmpeg.wasm (client-side, no server)
• headers() in next.config.ts won't work — use vercel.json instead
• not-found.tsx requires public/404.html + vercel.json routes config

I'd like to fix this under GSSoC 2026!

I've already fixed a similar issue in another repo — I know exactly
how to replace the Twitter bird with the X SVG logo and update the
href values. Quick fix in the community section component.

Could you confirm the correct X and Instagram URLs for Reframe so I
can hardcode the right links? /assign gssoc 🚀
