For GSSoC'26 contributors
If you're contributing under GirlScript Summer of Code 2026, please mention it in your comment when requesting assignment:

Architecture notes
Reframe is a static Next.js app with
output: "export". Key points:- All video processing uses FFmpeg.wasm (client-side, no server)
headers()innext.config.tswon't work — usevercel.jsoninsteadnot-found.tsxrequirespublic/404.html+vercel.jsonroutes config
Happy contributing! ⭐ Star the repo if you find it useful!
@magic-peach ji , do assign above issue number 1738 to me also......do assign labels called as gssoc:approved, level:intermediate , type:docs , quality:exceptional to above issue number 1738 also...........

Hi @magic-peach, I’d like to take up this issue if it’s still available. I can work on adding the Troubleshooting Guide and FAQ to Arnio’s documentation, covering common installation, dependency, import, pipeline configuration, validation, preprocessing, and runtime issues, along with FAQs around getting started, workflows, profiling, and pandas handoff.
I’ll structure the documentation so it’s easy for new users and contributors to navigate and expand over time.
If the issue is available, could you please assign it to me? I’d be happy to work on it. Thank you!
Hey! Thanks for taking the time to file this. Reading through it, this describes documentation for a project called "Arnio" (troubleshooting for pipelines, pandas, schema validation) rather than Reframe, which is a browser-based video editor — so there's nothing here we can act on in this repo. If you meant to file this against a different project, hope this finds its way there! Closing as not applicable here, but feel free to open a fresh issue if there's a genuine Reframe documentation gap you've spotted.

Feature: Add Troubleshooting Guide and FAQ to Documentation
Feature description
Add dedicated Troubleshooting and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sections to Arnio's documentation. These sections should provide clear guidance for common installation, configuration, pipeline, validation, and runtime issues.
Problem this solves
New users and contributors may encounter common setup or usage problems without knowing how to diagnose or resolve them. They may need to search through existing issues or ask maintainers for help, resulting in repeated questions and a slower onboarding experience.
Proposed solution
Add a structured Troubleshooting Guide and FAQ to the project documentation.
The Troubleshooting Guide can cover common issues such as:
The FAQ can address common questions about installation, getting started, pipeline usage, supported workflows, validation, profiling, and pandas handoff.
Each troubleshooting entry should include the problem, likely cause, and recommended solution where applicable.
Alternatives considered
Users can search existing GitHub issues or ask questions when they encounter problems. However, this information can be difficult to discover and may result in the same questions being asked repeatedly.
Another alternative is to document solutions only within individual issues, but a centralized guide would make common solutions easier to find and maintain.
Additional context
The documentation can start with the most frequently encountered setup and usage issues and be expanded over time as new questions and troubleshooting cases are identified.
This improvement would make Arnio more approachable for new users and contributors while reducing repetitive support requests.
