New page under `dashboards/` covering how to define arithmetic measures on the fly from an explore dashboard's `All Measures` menu and from a canvas component's field picker, plus the expression syntax (operators, function allowlist, `@` measure mention picker), the 10-measure / 1024-char / 32-depth limits, and how definitions persist (`adhoc_m` URL param for explore, `adhoc_measures:` on the component for canvas). Ships four screenshots: the menu entry, the dialog, the `@` mention picker, and the resulting KPI tile on a dashboard.
