Why
Connect this project to the public ruvnet constellation through inspectable metadata that people and future AI indexers can follow.
Changes
Adds root manifest.ruv v0.1 and an HTTPS discovery link in the README. Uses the existing RVM context URI grammar. Capability evidence pins the inspected source commit 6cdefe4. Integration roles are declared, not certified runtime connections. No enrollment, execution, permissions or deployment changes.
Validation
The exact manifest passes the shared offline schema and semantic validator. The nexus suite passes 22 positive and negative tests; its 30-manifest index has closed integration links and reproducible exact-byte hashes. This metadata PR does not claim that the repository runtime tests were rerun. Existing application build and CI gates remain required.
Depends on ruvnet/ruvnet#3 for the public schema and nexus. Track mission ruvnet/ruvnet#2. Keep draft until the nexus is merged and repository gates pass.
