How can i run like a command line?  #2

I run this command

$ pip install squawk

but when i call like a command line in ubuntu

squawk "SELECT COUNT(1) AS total, status FROM file-access_log GROUP BY status ORDER BY total DESC"

the response is

bash: command line is not found
