Remove the crontab cleanup once everything has been deployed via cron.d #2

There is currently a line in /etc/crontab that invokes the abacus importer. This line is removed from the playscript when it installs a cron job via cron.d (see b618538). Once this has been deployed to all machines we can safely remove this line removal.
