Box2D for Processing is missing from Processing Contribution Manager #32

Hi @shiffman :)

Just wanted to flag that Box2D-for-Processing is no longer available in the Processing Contribution Manager. It would be great to make it available again!

It looks like the original download links (http://shiffman.net/p5/libraries/box2d_processing/box2d_processing.txt and http://shiffman.net/p5/libraries/box2d_processing/box2d_processing.zip) are broken.

One easy workaround which doesn't require maintaining hosting of the distributable would be to create a release on GitHub and include the box2d_processing.zip and box2d_processing.txt files. Then we could update the link in the Processing contributions repository to point to those release artifacts.
