The PR adds empty default implementations to
TaskExecutionListenerand deprecates the classTaskExecutionListenerSupportthat currently can be extended to avoid implementing empty methods in implementations.An analogous change has been done in Spring Batch: spring-projects/spring-batch/issues/3924
