Better filter @IncludeMSShipped when @DbName is ALL

Hi,

first of all, thanks for this tool.

After that, I tried following command:

sp_DBPermissions @Output = 'Report' , @IncludeMSShipped = 0, @DbName = 'ALL'

And it turns out there are missing filters :

Could you possibly add these filters ?
