"Download as zip" produces broken zip files

Describe the bug

"Download as zip" feature seems to have broken in the past ~2 weeks. No changes on TutorialKit have been made, so it's possible that Node 20 upgrade introduced regression.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click download as zip
2. Try to unzip it on host machine

Expected behavior

Contents of zip should work.
