Description
This pull request migrates the JavaScript build from Rollup to Rolldown.
Why should this be added
Rolldown is the Rust-based bundler that Vite now builds on, and it's compatible with Rollup's configuration format. It cuts the build down to a single dependency, and it's noticeably faster.
