Evidence

• Before: in the new test_temperature_response_wavelength_unit, the same spectra in nm give all zeros.
  After: the same response as in Angstrom.
• Merges cleanly with Fold the temperature response on the spectra wavelengths #231, and the combined code passes all response tests.
