This pull request adds several external repositories as Git submodules to the project, making it easier to manage and work with upstream dependencies. It also updates documentation and scripts to help developers set up and keep these submodules up to date. Repository integration: * Added multiple repositories as Git submodules under the `.repos/` directory by updating the `.gitmodules` file and adding submodule commits for each external project. This includes `effect`, `effect-patterns`, `effect-v3`, `lalph`, `cheffect`, `process-compose`, `supabase-cli-go`, and `t3code`. Script updates: * Added a `repos:install` script to `package.json` for initializing submodules, and updated the `repos:pull` script to use `git submodule update --remote` for keeping submodules up to date.
