I am on the UW iGEM team and we are planning on using this library in our simulation subteam; however, I am currently running into some issues getting it installed on Linux. Running sudo python setup.py install results in an error saying it can not find a Linux_64 directory. By manually creating this directory a lot more gets run before it hits another error saying error: package directory 'structural' does not exist. Is Linux currently supported or are there any plans to support it in the future if not? Thanks for any help you could provide.
I believe Linux support is not there yet. Could you confirm this @yosefmaru ? I think you might have to build the library for yourself on Linux which shouldn't be that difficult.
@yosefmaru : For know, you should reject Linux through setup.py so that people does not get confused.
We originally wanted to use libstructural for structural analysis -- mainly to generate interesting looking data and tables, but due to the recent project pivot it will probably change.

Yes. Like Herbert said, users need to build libstructural for Linux. I fixed the linux bit on setup.py.
