fix: default to https when no scheme specified in server URL (#331)

Summary

• Changes the scheme fallback in _get_server_base_url from http to https when the user supplies a bare hostname with no scheme (e.g. myserver.example.com)
• http:// URLs with an explicit scheme are preserved unchanged

Closes #331

Test plan

• test_create_session_with_server_no_scheme — bare hostname gets https://
• test_create_session_with_server_no_scheme_with_path — bare hostname with path gets https://
• test_explicit_http_stays_http — explicit http:// is not upgraded
