Do not merge before the SANO Public Preview window.

What was changed

Added an Availability section to the .NET SANO sample README, stating that SANO is in Public Preview and that Temporal aims to preserve backward compatibility and avoid breaking changes.

Why?

The .NET SANO sample did not previously explain the feature's release stage.

Release version check: Before publishing, confirm that Temporal CLI v1.9.1 and Temporal Server v1.32.1 are still the latest stable releases that support SANO, then update any version references if needed.

Release verification note: SANO is controlled by the namespace-scoped server setting nexusoperation.enableStandalone, which defaults to false in Server 1.32.1. The sample PRs currently set it explicitly for local development. Before publishing, confirm whether the target stable CLI enables SANO by default in its dev server and whether that flag should remain in the sample instructions.

CI is currently blocked by an existing Aspire dependency issue, unrelated to this README change. The build fails during restore with NU1902 because Aspire pulls in MessagePack 2.5.302, which is affected by GHSA-qhrr-8q5h-9q3h; this repository treats warnings as errors. The retry reproduced the same failure (CI log).

Aspire merged microsoft/aspire#21051 on October 16, pinning MessagePack to 2.5.307, but the fix is not included in the latest stable release, Aspire 13.6.1. Tracking follow-up: upgrade Aspire once a release containing the fix is available, then rerun CI. No dependency changes or local MessagePack pin are included in this PR.

@litlep-nibbyt Might be a while before Aspire.Hosting / StreamJsonRpc are updated. I've opened #242 to unblock builds.
