Define deployment strategy for v1 #2

As we move closer to the release date, we need to figure out what would be our deployment strategy.

From previous experience within this project, Google Cloud Platform proved to be the best option based on maintenance effort/expertise, costs, and flexibility for further adaptation. However, this decision is still open to discussion, as easier setups using Vercel or Netlify may be a better fit for the first release.

• Define the resources used by our application (i.e., Google Cloud Run).
• Get access to our official domain library.code.berlin.
• Configure custom domain in the cloud platform of choice.
• Setup deployment pipeline commands.
• Agree on whether to rollout auto deployments or not considering security concerns of the first option.
