Steps to reproduce

I'm a beginner of code-review-graph. I want to build a code graph on a java project
The problem I'm facing now is "Skipping unavailable tree-sitter parser for java".
Here is the step to reproduce this issue.

1. run "python3 -m pip install --no-cache-dir code-review-graph" to install code-review-graph
2. run "python3 -m code_review_graph build" then got message"Skipping unavailable tree-sitter parser for java"
3. Try to install tree-sitter-java by running "python3 -m pip install --no-cache-dir tree-sitter-java"
4. verified that tree-sitter-java is successfully installed my python3 env.
5. rerun "python3 -m code_review_graph build" still got message"Skipping unavailable tree-sitter parser for java"

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected: java files can be built into code graph
Actual: Skipping unavailable tree-sitter parser for java
