Removed the 50 incorrectly formatted metadata audit files ending in _aigenerated.yaml. After this, surveyed the folders and added id_metadata.yaml copies for folders lacking them (left the original metadata.yaml files there also), formatting the name in a similar manner to the already present id_metadata.yaml files. Conflicts to resolve include the summaries contained within the model folders, the id_metadata.yaml files, the contents of the skills directory, and the contents of the data directory.
