UdpClientConnection created a second keepalive timer after receiving the Hello ACK, leaving the original timer active. Restart the existing timer before marking the connection connected so interval changes and disposal control a single timer.
Add three regression cases covering interval changes, disabling and re-enabling keepalives, and timer disposal after the handshake.
