`app.config.ts` of `wxt-demo` doesn't reload

Describe the bug

Like on wideo, this file isn't enforce to refresh:

I don't know if it's wanted behavior or no.

Reproduction

Let's:

1. Clone this repo
2. Run pnpm dev on packages/wxt-demo

@aklinker1 I've missed wideo wasn't load, now i've linked it, because it's too big.

This is a bug, the app config file should reload if you're importing the getAppConfig/useAppConfig in an entrypoint.

We should make sure all entrypoints that depend of app config are reloaded.

Now I investigate this bug... From my investigation, it seems the reload should be triggered by the following lines:

wxt/packages/wxt/src/core/utils/create-file-reloader.ts

Lines 126 to 129 in d7bcf6c

	if (hasNewEntrypoints || changes.type === 'extension-reload') {
	server.reloadExtension();
	wxt.logger.success(`Reloaded extension`);
	} else if (changes.type === 'html-reload') {

And, your reproduction screen video url has expired.... Now I couldn't know the issue detail. Could you give me more reproduction information about this, if you are available? Thank you.

This is a bug, the app config file should reload if you're importing the getAppConfig/useAppConfig in an entrypoint.

You need to have at least:

console.log(getAppConfig());

in e.g content.ts entrypoint of wxt-demo
