docs: split MCP getting started into simple and full routes

• Split Before you begin into two routes under a new Getting started section:
  • Simple — paste your app-only Bearer token as an Authorization header (no bridge, no browser login; read-only).
  • Full — xurl mcp bridge with OAuth 2.0 user context (writes + user context).
• Each client section (Grok Build, Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, Any MCP client) now shows both config snippets side-by-side via <CodeGroup>: the xurl bridge variant and the Authorization: Bearer TOKEN variant.
