Why

On 2026-10-16 the Organization Admin went through Lazurio's apps and asked (translated):

These labels should not be visible to the user at all. Go through the UI and remove every label that is really information for us as internal developers, e.g. what is going on underneath. For the user they are completely irrelevant and wrong.

Lazurio/LazurioPlatform#460 does this for the shell and the Launchpad. This PR does the same for the Lazurio overlay's own words in T3 Code (Lazurio): apps/web/src/lazurio/ only. Upstream T3 copy is not touched.

The rule applied

The one of pingdotgg#460 (LazurioPlatform F36's addendum of 2026-10-16):

• A text goes when it explains how the system works or where its data comes from, describes what a click does underneath, or talks about plans and internal states (which apps a sign-in works for, what the Folder gives an agent, "this instance").
• A text stays when it is a label or a name, an action, or an instruction needed now, including errors and refusals.
• When in doubt, shorter. A text is rewritten only where removing it would leave the person without guidance.

Czech also follows Lazurio's voice: "Prostředí" for the place, never "Environment" or "pracovní prostor" (root decision 0170 with its addendum of 2026-10-15), "tento/tato/toto", never "tenhle", formal address (0199).

What stays, and why

• Labels and actions: "Přihlášení přes Lazurio", "Otevřít Začínáme", "Účet ChatGPT v T3 Code" (T3 Code is this app's own name here, root decision 0200), "Odpojit", "Začít v Lazuriu".
• The welcome's Folder card and instructions: the Folder's name and path, "Vaše projekty a repozitáře jsou v tomto Folderu. Není potřeba nic importovat." (a T3 user would otherwise look for "Add project"), and where to connect an agent account.
• The tab's tooltip states ("pracuje tu agent", "sdílená, je i v Apps"): they help decide whether to close a tab. The toasts' consequences ("Dál je v Apps", "Zavře se 30 s poté, co ji nikdo nesleduje"): they say what the person's × does to their work, beside Undo.

Verification

• vp test run --project unit src/lazurio (apps/web): 8 files, 100 tests pass. LazurioSignIn.test.tsx now pins the row's new words and the absence of the old explanation; threadTabs.test.ts the Czech close toast; LazurioEnvironmentBrowser.test.tsx both frames' Czech names.
• vp fmt --check apps/web/src/lazurio/: clean. vp lint over the repository, as CI runs it: exit 0, no finding in the changed files (the overlay's only finding is an older warning in apps/server/src/lazurio/modelRecommendation.test.ts).
• vp run --filter @t3tools/web typecheck: pass. node --test scripts/lazurio-release-contract.test.mjs: 32/32.
• Browser (root decision 0178): the worktree's dev server (scripts/dev-runner.ts dev) with T3CODE_LAZURIO_FOLDER and T3CODE_LAZURIO_TOOLS_URL set, its own temporary home and a sandboxed managed Codex instance, opened in headless Chromium in Czech and English, before and after the change. The managed welcome and Settings → Providers → Codex's "Přihlášení přes Lazurio" row show the new words, with no page errors. The server was stopped and its temporary state removed. The screenshots show a local home path, so they stay local rather than being attached. No Lazurio sign-in is involved.
• Dependencies were installed offline from the local pnpm store for the web, server and lint plugin workspaces (pnpm 11.10.0); Node is 26 locally, CI uses 24.

Review

Pablo's review of 93c2f6a3 asked for two more: the own browser frame's accessible name was still English in Czech, and the spec still quoted the draft's old note. Both are fixed in 8929269644 (with a test) and 3a8d536330; the checks above ran on the new head.

Rollout

Rebase merge into main, then a preview release 0.0.45-preview.YYYYMMDD.N on the canary Environment and, after its check, the next stable 0.0.45-lazurio.N (runbook "Kdy vydávat"). Releasing and installing are the Steward's and the Admin's call. For the next rebuild the commits sort by files: the overlay files belong to rows 9 (LazurioEnvironmentBrowser.tsx, threadTabs.ts), 13 (LazurioNewTab.tsx), 15 (ManagedFolderWelcome.tsx) and 18 (LazurioSignIn.tsx and its test); the docs commit to row 5.

Request changes on the pinned head 93c2f6a. The shorter sign-in/disconnect guidance and English welcome title are appropriate; the adjacent Getting started action and the Folder instructions retain the necessary next step. Two missed copy surfaces need correction:

1. apps/web/src/lazurio/LazurioEnvironmentBrowser.tsx:506: The own-browser iframe still has title="Environment browser" even when prefersCzech() is true. This is an accessible, user-facing label owned by the overlay, so a Czech screen reader still encounters the term prohibited by decision 0170. Independent evidence: diff --check clean; node --test scripts/lazurio-release-contract.test.mjs passed 32/32 in a disposable exact-head clone. I did not install dependencies or repeat the web suite; fork CI Server and web compatibility is still running.

The two requested fixes are present: the own iframe uses “Prohlížeč Prostředí” for Czech assistive technology while English stays unchanged, and the draft note in the operational spec matches the UI. The author reports 8 files / 100 web tests, formatting, lint and typecheck green locally; this checkout did not install dependencies or repeat those checks. Fork CI is still running (Server and web compatibility); approval is not a claim that CI is complete or a release/merge instruction.
