- Line 3659: Parameterize the test’s comparison tolerances alongside quant_algo
in the existing pytest parameterization, using tight BF16 tolerances and the
looser NVFP4 tolerances with clear IDs. Update both torch.testing.assert_close
calls in the partitioned-execution test to consume those parameterized rtol and
atol values instead of fixed shared tolerances.
In `@tests/unittest/_torch/thop/parallel/test_fp4_linear.py`:
- Line 1047: Replace the always-true seq_len condition in the test with an
explicit assertion that seq_len is one of the supported values, so unsupported
shapes fail rather than skipping tactic capture, replay, and accuracy checks.
In `@tests/unittest/llmapi/test_llm_args.py`:
- Around line 3093-3098: Extend test_serve_enable_locality_domain_flag to call
get_llm_args without enable_locality_domains and assert
llm_args.get("enable_locality_domains", False) is False, while preserving the
existing assertion that explicitly enabling the option returns True.

Add opt-in enable_locality_domains plumbing from LlmArgs and serve through ModelLoader to Linear, GatedMLP, MLA, and DeepSeek V3/V3.2/V4 callers. Register BF16 locality-domain GEMM/BMM and non-inplace Rubin NVFP4 GEMM; write partition results directly into the corresponding output slices. Adapt Linear, MLA, and CuTe DSL MoE weight localization to staged loading, full-weight release, and reload. Guard incompatible fused allreduce and weight-sharing paths. Restore skipped LD tests and cover numerical correctness, CUDA graphs, lifecycle, routing, and API stability. Preserve main's updated DeepSeek mixed-precision config and serve API. Validation on allocated hecate0235 (SM107), rebuilt current-main bindings: 184 unique tests passed, including 23 dense/FP4 GPU cases and 2 MoE cases. LlmArgs manifest regeneration/check and applicable pre-commit hooks pass. Signed-off-by: peaceh <103117813+peaceh-nv@users.noreply.github.com>
Invalidate MLA absorption shards on weight rebinding and rebuild released CuTe DSL MoE parameters before repeated loads. Use the same non-aliasing weight binding in the DeepSeek V4 loader. Preserve router precision and the existing small-M fused path, scope the Linear quant-config guard to locality domains, and reject GMS conflicts in TorchLlmArgs. Cover reloads, default-off behavior, backend scope, and precision-specific numerical tolerances. Keep BF16 and NVFP4 shared experts off locality-domain partition streams while preserving the routed MoE policy and effective shared quantization. Route active LoRA adapters through Linear.apply_linear before merging their contribution, retaining the small-M fused path when no adapter is active. Apply K-scaled BF16 tolerances consistently to standalone, CUDA graph, per-tactic, and projection checks through a shared numerical-test helper. Signed-off-by: peaceh <103117813+peaceh-nv@users.noreply.github.com>
Consolidate the Blackwell SwiGLU capability predicate and retain its locality-domain exclusion alongside main's activation and clamp guards. Preserve both GatedMLP test suites after resolving the add/add conflict. Cover DeepSeek small-M routing with localized shards and released full weights, verifying inherited Linear dispatch and argument forwarding. Only pass expert-count metadata to the NVFP4 finalize op and runner callback when that mode is active, keeping the Rubin and locality-domain schemas compatible with main's caller. Cover both metadata modes and preserve the test name referenced by the existing B200 CI list. Regenerate the LLM args manifest for main's uses_spcompress field. Signed-off-by: peaceh <103117813+peaceh-nv@users.noreply.github.com>
…spatch tests Treat locality-domain policy as optional in GatedMLP so VisualGen's DiffusionModelConfig can initialize both projections. Add a CPU regression test that verifies the default unpartitioned weights. Mock both architecture predicates in MLA BF16 BMM dispatch tests, and cover SM90 fallback and SM103 dispatch alongside SM100 and SM107. DeepseekV3Gate is now a Linear subclass, so the GLM5-next loader routes mlp.gate.e_score_correction_bias through the gate load_weights(). The bias is loaded, but mark_linear() only marked weight/weight_scale/bias as filled, so the unfilled-parameter check rejected the owner. Mark every tensor handed to a Linear load_weights() as filled. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: peaceh <103117813+peaceh-nv@users.noreply.github.com>

test_mla_fp4_helix_generation_reaches_fused_cache_update calls MLA.forward_absorption_generation on a SimpleNamespace stand-in. Main's locality-domain wiring (NVIDIA#19272) now passes _locality_domain_k_b_proj_trans_shards to the BF16 k_b_proj BMM, so the stand-in failed with an AttributeError before reaching the fused FP4 cache update. Set it to None, the MLA.__init__ default. Signed-off-by: Lizhi Zhou <1432185+reasonsolo@users.noreply.github.com>

Dev Engineer Review
The change adds opt-in locality-domain execution from
TorchLlmArgsandModelLoaderthrough Linear, GatedMLP, MLA, DeepSeek V3/V4, and CuTe DSL MoE components. It adds Rubin BF16 GEMM/BMM and non-inplace NVFP4 GEMM operators. It also adds validation, partition-aware output handling, and localized-weight release, reload, and rebuild flows. GMS, fused allreduce, post-transform, and weight-sharing incompatibilities are guarded.
Key risks include hardware-specific dispatch, output aliasing, weight lifecycle correctness, fused-path regressions, and API compatibility. Review finding counts and test execution results are unavailable.
QA Engineer Review
Tests cover API stability, default-off behavior, GMS rejection, post-transform qualification, Rubin BF16 and NVFP4 correctness, CUDA graphs, tactic selection, device routing, Linear, GatedMLP, MLA, DeepSeek, and MoE lifecycle behavior. Several previously skipped locality-domain tests are now enabled.
