I'd like to take this one. From the screenshot, it looks like the question prompt is blocking scroll within the Command Center panel, so I’ll start by checking the panel/task input scroll container and keep the fix scoped there if possible.

Heads up for anyone picking this up: two recent upstream branches touch this exact area. posthog-code/fix-command-center-tile-scroll changes CommandCenterPanel and TaskInput and had main merged into it Jun 29, and posthog-code/fix-permission-prompt-scroll (Jul 2) makes long approval prompts scroll to their controls in SessionView. If either is headed to a PR, this may be mid-fix internally. Flagging to save duplicate work, @MarxWellB included.
