This PR bumps all packages from 0.15.0 to 0.16.0 for release. It updates package.json versions, the CORE_VERSION constants in ffmpeg/src/const.ts and the website playground, the vanilla app's download script, CDN URLs in the usage docs, and converts the Unreleased changelog section to 0.16.0 with an entry for the argv NULL-termination fix (#70). All version references are consistent across the 10 modified files.

What
Bumps every package to 0.16.0, the
*_VERSIONconstants that pin published versions (packages/ffmpeg/src/const.ts, the website playground,apps/vanilla-app/download-assets.js), the CDN URLs in the usage docs, and turns the Unreleased changelog section into 0.16.0.Why
0.15.0 can crash on any command whose last argument is an option with no value, because the core did not end argv with
NULL(#70). The yt-dlp-wasm app hits this. That fix needs a release.Master also has the upstream batch 1 backport (#72). It adds
writeFile(..., { transfer: false })and file path support forcoreURL/wasmURLin Node.js. That is new public API, so this is a minor bump, as 0.15.0 was. #71 only touched the website, the example apps and the FAQ.The changelog gains an entry for #70, which had none.

release.ymlchecks that every package version and*_VERSIONconstant matches the tag before it publishes. After merge, the tagv0.16.0on the merge commit runsrelease.yml, which publishes to npm and creates the GitHub release.
