docs(release): add approved Scient 0.6.24 notes - #599
Conversation
Add the approved nine-highlight release note and preserve earlier notes. Cover the 0.6.24 upgrade path and keep rendering and preflight tests independent of which release is newest. Co-authored-by: factory-droid[bot] <138933559+factory-droid[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

The approved Scient 0.6.24 release note is ready for after #593 (the latest alignment) and #596 (Windows offline voice) are merged and qualified. Please keep this notes PR unmerged until both land. The copy already includes their changes, keeps Muse Code as its own highlight, and uses the clearer multi-computer sections explanation approved in the conversation. All 47 focused tests, repository formatting, and 49 workspace type checks pass. Normal CI and human release-note visual acceptance still apply before publication. Update the note's publication date if the release ships after 2026-10-19. This PR does not authorize or publish a release. |
Thread transfer impact✅ Thread transfer remains within every enforced ceiling.
Baseline: Scenario and decoded snapshot size10 historical turns, 5 command tools per turn, 878.9 KiB retained MCP result per historical turn, and a 1.05 MiB retained result in the measured turn.

Summary
Adds Yaacov's approved 0.6.24 What's New copy to the existing Scient release-note catalog. The same catalog serves the in-app note and the GitHub release body.
The nine highlights cover Windows dictation, speed and reliability, source quotes, cross-computer conversation context, clearer answers and delegated work, sidebar updates, multi-computer sections, Muse Code, and review guides. Muse remains a dedicated highlight without calling provider enablement optional. Older published notes are unchanged.
The supporting tests cover upgrading from 0.6.23 and rendering every highlight's paragraphs. Historical format/preflight checks now select their intended 0.6.23 fixture rather than assuming it remains the newest note.

The note is ready for after these PRs merge. Do not merge this notes PR before both:
