PR-Review #446: the Run button was renamed but six documentation places still call it "Test run" #450

The walkthrough and designer changes come with matching vitest/E2E coverage, and both locales were updated for every new string. One thing was missed.

• mittel — doc-sync: editor:testRun changed from "Test run"/"Test-Run" to "Run"/"Ausführen", the documentation surfaces did not follow. CLAUDE.md § Architektur-Konventionen ("Doc-Sync") requires feature changes to keep docs/*.md and src/nodepilot-docs-ui/content/{de,en}/ in sync, and the doc site is a curated corpus that nothing renders automatically. A reader following the docs now looks for a button that no longer exists. Affected places:

  • src/nodepilot-docs-ui/content/de/designer/properties-modes.md:73 — "Test Run: führt den Workflow als Test aus."
  • src/nodepilot-docs-ui/content/en/designer/properties-modes.md:73 — "Test run: runs the workflow as a test."
  • src/nodepilot-docs-ui/content/en/designer/properties-modes.md:124 — shortcut table, "Start a test run"
  • docs/workflow-designer-features.md:214 — "Test run (Ctrl+Enter): starts immediately…"
  • docs/workflow-designer-features.md:280 — run cluster listing, "test run, debug run (Expert)…"
  • docs/workflow-designer-features.md:411 — shortcut table, "Test run / debug run"

  Suggestion: rename to "Run"/"Ausführen" in all six places in one pass; both language versions of properties-modes.md have to move together. The DE page is the one that still carries the old German wording, so a DE-only reader is the one most affected.

Not blocking, recorded here only: comments in e2e/execution.spec.ts:33 and e2e/special-scenarios.spec.ts:10,87,112 still say "Test run"; demo/ui/tour.ts adds two inline DE/EN button labels ("Optional: Fehleranalyse üben" / "Optional: investigate a failure") next to the file's own COPY table instead of inside it — both locales are present, so this is consistency, not a gap.
