Scope
Replace nine test-only Action? fields on each production PooledAsyncStreamDispatcher with one lazy Action?[]? reference. Keep all original internal setter names and callback invocation sites; preserve Volatile/Interlocked publication, reset and pooled lifecycle. No hooks means no array allocation. Theoretical x64 per-instance reduction: 8 pointers = 64 bytes, not a measured GC or RPC throughput claim.
The previously validated source transformer was applied to dev after merged #799. The actual source was committed only after full Release build, UnitTests and Generator Tests passed. Staging verification.
Prior probe and pristine restored baseline: #38103482749. Preserve full integration, trim and NativeAOT PR gates. No API or wire changes. Related #801.
