The danger file needs its copyright years updated to 2018.
Unfortunately, if we do then we need to also update the "modified file" logic, or else any files that were already modified in 2017, that we modify again in 2018, will throw an incorrect danger warning. It'll want the copyright year changed to 2018, when it should stay 2017.
