I like hard algorithmic problems and shipping fixes to the open-source tools people actually use. Strongest in C++, Python, and Rust.
Real fixes and tests in tools I actually use:
| # | Project | What I did | PR | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | NVIDIA/cccl β2.5k | Fixed Thrust's CPU stable_sort reordering -0.0 and +0.0 (#750) |
#11897 | π In review |
| 2 | NVIDIA/cccl β2.5k | GPU stable_sort test for NVIDIA's nvc++ compiler |
#11882 | β Merged |
| 3 | NVIDIA/cccl β2.5k | GPU sort test for NVIDIA's nvc++ compiler |
#11881 | β Merged |
| 4 | emscripten β27k | Added the desynchronized WebGL context attribute |
#27163 | β Merged |
| 5 | vyper β5k | Codegen fix: raise instead of silently returning in safe_pow() |
#5134 | β Merged |
| 6 | rust-lang/rust-analyzer β16k | Guarded an index panic in flycheck handling | #22634 | β Merged |

- competitive-programming: my solved-problem archive across online judges (Codeforces, DMOJ, and more to come), every solution the real submission with its solve date.
- Found.it: Hatchathon finalist, built with two teammates. Semantic file search that indexes and searches on your own machine (FastAPI, Electron, sentence-transformers, FAISS), with chat through OpenRouter or a local Ollama model. I wrote its GPU search as a CUDA C++ kernel: 9x faster than FAISS on the CPU at 1M vectors, at 91% of the GPU's peak memory bandwidth.
- pdf-darkmode: converts any PDF into a true dark-mode file locally (Python). Inverts lightness while preserving hue, so colored text stays readable and photos aren't turned into negatives.
