fix(scripts): the reconnect verifier finds a box's saved pairing over its routes

verify-box-reconnect.ts --second-client failed live with "client B: no pairing saved for the box" although the box connected: since upstream's multi-route connections (pingdotgg#15467) pairings are saved per route, not under bearer:<environmentId>. The check now looks up each of the box's routes. With this, the full second-client run passes live on andrew.megpt.app (list → host wakes → open → reopen with the saved pairing → dispose).
