Description
We're ready to get started collecting all of our incubation application materials 🎉
I'm putting the template here from the TOC repo, and we'll use this issue to start collecting everything so we can open the official application soon. Please feel free to help us fill this out!
Note that currently, a lot of this information is scattered throughout our repos. We're going to work to bring all of these pieces here, in one place, for all of the bootc subprojects (e.g., #1 ).
