Schedule/do the technical architecture review #7

This is technically optional, but I highly suggest we get it done.

Engage with domain-specific TAG(s) to present the technical architecture of the project.

We need to (1) identify the TAGs necessary to talk with, (2) schedule the presentation, (3) create the presentation, and (4) give the presentation in a recorded meeting.
